Annual Meeting of Membership Notice

In accordance with the organization's bylaws, CCFC will be hosting its annual meeting of membership on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 6pm at the Franklin Township Civic League. The agenda for this meeting will consist of an open forum in which club members can bring ideas, issues, and concerns to the Board.

Board of directors elections to take place

The election of members of the Board of Directors for the 2026-2027 soccer season shall take place at the annual meeting and be made part of the permanent record of Circle City Futbol Club. This would be your opportunity to join for the year!

We need additional support on the board and are actively looking for parents and club members to step up and join us. The reality is we have board members with kids that have aged out of our club, and intend to leave. They have put in the time and effort to help run the club we love. Now it's your turn to help keep the experience we all know and love running!

As a member of the CCFC Board of Directors, each individual is expected to:

• Assist in the overall control and supervision of the club and its operations.

• Provide final approval of the annual budget and any expenditures exceeding the limits outlined by the Executive Board.

• Make every effort to attend all CCFC meetings, including monthly regular board meetings, annual meeting, and special sessions.

• Carry out duties assigned by the Executive Board in a timely and efficient manner.

• Serve on committees as assigned by the Executive Board to support specific club functions and initiatives.

• Act as a Field Marshal during the rec season, with coverage for major club events (e.g., Picture Day, Trophy Day) as appropriate substitutes.

• Train incoming board members during the final spring season of their term to ensure a smooth transition.

We have needs to fit any skill set. Whether it is helping find new sponsors for the club, helping field marshal or drive golf carts, running our field maintenance or concession stand, or being our volunteer lead to help find and coordinate all volunteer efforts, we have a job for you. Please we urge you to consider coming to our meeting and joining the board to support the club and game your kids love.
