Circle City FC does not certify referees - the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) does. The information below is intended to be a jumping off point to learn about becoming a USSF-certified referee. The Indiana Soccer Referee Association has a page on their website dedicated on how to register and become a certified referee.
Getting 2025 Certified
USSF Digital Certification
US Soccer is offering a Digital Referee Certification that does not have an on-field experience requirement and it is only $40 (+$30 for background check for those 18yo or older).

Great Lakes Conference (GLC) Information:
We have changed the method we utilize to report send offs or serious incidents. Instead of filling out the online supplemental form, which has been the procedure in the past, the official will complete USSF’s supplemental report form and email it directly to myself for processing. Below is a link to “Instructions to the Referees”, which includes a link to the discussed supplemental report. Please remind your officials that this needs to be completed in a timely manner if required.

Uniforms: You should have a current referee shirt (acceptable colors - yellow, green, red, black, blue), black shorts, black socks, a timer, and a whistle.
