Gameday Guide: Fall 2026 Rec Season

Know Before You Go to Adams!
games 5 & 6 - September 12-13
Welcome back from the labor day break. Let's get back at it!
We hope everyone had a fun, relaxing Labor Day weekend. To have back-to-back doubleheader match weekends to start the season, I think we all benefitted from a weekend off. But we're back at Adams this weekend, and I guess this is all we do now, but we have ANOTHER doubleheader weekend. That's right sports fans. We have games on Saturday and Sunday.
Our next board meeting is this Sunday at the conclusion of games. We will hold our board meeting under the shelter at Adams. Please join us and see your board in action! We're always looking for additional volunteers to join the board, and what better way to learn more about what we do than to join a monthly board meeting. We should get things started around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
We'll have Heartland Homemade Ice Cream selling ice cream Sunday afternoon! A percentage of all sales will come back to the club, so be sure to grab something sweet from their truck!
Please bookmark this page as we will update it before each rec gameday with the latest new and information to have you ready for a fantastic day at our fields!

20% of all sales plus an additional $1 for every milkshake will come back to our club! Make your calendar and remember to mention Circle City FC that day!!

our canned food drive in coming!
It's time to start collecting for our semi-annual canned food drive benefitting Servant's Heart of Indy. Every season on trophy day, we ask club families to bring in canned food items. The team that collects the most canned food earns a FREE pizza party courtesy of Chicago's Pizza on Arlington Ave.
Servant's Heart of Indy will have a table near the ref shed on trophy day to collect donations. Make sure all cans are not expired. Those will not count towards your team total and they will not be accepted. You can learn more about Servant's Heart of Indy and their mission by visiting their website. We hope to have a big contribution for them on trophy day!

Community nights at Franklin Central boys and girls soccer next week!
The FC Flashes Boys and Girls soccer teams are hosting Community Nights next week, and our CCFC families are invited! Kids that wear your CCFC rec jersey get in for FREE! We have current and former CCFC players on these teams, and will be a thrill for these kids to see their club's support from the stands.
The Girls team plays Fishers on Monday, Sept. 14 with JV starting at 6:00 p.m. and Varsity immediately following. The Boys team plays Southport on Thursday, Sept. 17 with JV starting at 6:00 p.m. and Varsity immediately following. Both games will be played at the Franklin Township Athletic Center. Go Flashes!

New Field Map This season
The field map is going to look a little different this fall. We've rotated the fields around at Adams from years past. This was done in an effort to help goalie boxes recover and give patches a chance to fully grow in from overseeding and field repair efforts the board and volunteers performed over the summer. Little Stars will remain along the gravel road close to the parking lot.
Field 3 - U4
Fields 4-6 - U6
Field 7 & 8 - U8
Field 9 & 10 - U10
Field 11 - U12
Field 12 - U14-U19
Know in advance where you are heading for practice Saturday and for games this fall!

game day parking rules
We truly appreciate everyone following the parking designations last weekend! With over 800 kids playing rec soccer this fall season, parking at Adams Elementary is going to be a challenge to fit all families throughout the day. As a reminder, please follow the recommended parking assignments below.
The green area is for families in Little Stars, U4, U6, U8 & U10. The orange area behind the school to the right when you pull is will be for our U12-U19 families. We will continue to have designated handicap parking near the entrance. Yard signs will be placed in the Adams lot as you enter to remind you where to park.
This is all in an effort to make sure all families can attend the games they are there to see. We know this is a change, and we understand this may cause some frustrations. Ultimately, this is what we believe is needed to keep the traffic flow smooth throughout the day.
Please do not park in the neighborhood south of Adams and walk between houses to get to our fields. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation this season.
give back to our club and volunteer
As a completely volunteer-run organization, we count on the support of our club families to help step up and make our gamedays a success. We are always looking for folks to drive our golf carts and give rides to those needing assistance to the fields.
If you would like to help us in any way possible, we'd love to hear from you! Fill out a quick volunteer request form and we'll connect you with our volunteer coordinator to find a spot that fits your strengths and time commitment. Even an hour of time on a gameday goes a long way to support our board, the families we serve, and our club.

We need more referees!
As our season kicks off, we are in need of more referees for our rec games. And yes, we pay our referees! To referee rec soccer games at CCFC, you must be 14-years-old or older. But adults can referee too!
The process to becoming a referee is simple and quick. Create a referee profile with us, and then you'll be connected with our referee assignor Brandi Young. You can learn more about becoming a referee with us by clicking the link below.

Form 11 Soccer Working for ccfc Rec Players
Shoutout to Form 11 Soccer, our official player development training partner, for continuing to support our club. We've heard many stories of our rec and travel players taking advantage of their Monday and Friday training sessions here on this side of town.
If you'd like to learn more about Form 11 and their training programs, visit their website here. And remember to take 10% off your training sessions when you mention you play at CCFC!
